Nicholas King Homes are currently undertaking community engagement on proposals for new homes on Land off Wantage Road – currently known as Purely Plants Nursery (142a Wantage Road, Wallingford, OX10 0LU), and are keen to understand your views.

Located on the edge of Wallingford and within walking distance of the Town Centre, Nicholas King Homes are preparing a planning application for 63 homes with policy compliant affordable housing and associated landscaping which will help to provide much needed homes and affordable homes for local residents.
